I used the product for about a week and a half! It has been remarkable! It really get the job done. You become regular and have less problems. bathroom trips are no longer a chore! :) They become expected and make you feel a whole lot better. Not to mention, you have a little weight on you ;)! SO this product has worked great for me and I love it! This will be something I keep buying and to help keep my body healthy and going! I also believe this product is great for all ages, (Well within an age) I am 22 and find this product great.
All in all I lobe Probiotics and will be recommending it people who ask or bring up such issues!
