Tropical Traditions Giveaway

Tropical Traditions

Tropical Traditions is a site that everything healthy! I got to review the Virgin Coconut Oil. This stuff is amazing. It can be sued for so many things, so I have read on the Internet. It can be used  to do so many things. My sister in law suggested using it to put on lips, eat, and also cook.  Looks like there no end to use of this product. When I opened it, the smell was weird. It tasted kind of like nothing (to me). It was defiantly do able and all the benefits from it was well  worth it. benefits include high in antioxidants, safe for pregnant women, and pretty much can't go no wrong.

If you freeze it, some say it taste like candy or white chocolate. IT is really a great product to use in place of other oils or butter. I am looking forward to see what I can add this to and buying more. Some people eat this stuff by the spoon fulls and some mix it into smoothies or freeze it. I also heard  it improves your hair! After having two babies, I could use Healthier hair. I hope you all give this awesome product a try.

You want to try out this stuff. If you go to their blog and get free recipes on how to cook with it and make great tasting food. Their blog is Free Coconut Recipe Blog. There is really so much to read, you need to look at the site to learn all the add benefits and ideas on this great food product.
