So, I know not everyone can cloth diaper! My reason; My dryer is in the basement and I loathe going down there! It's so cold, dark, and I know there's spiders! So I usually ask my husband to put a load in and I scramble to switch it over! Did I mention my washer and dryer are across from one another in a big basement, not fun! So I knew as much as I'd like to cloth diaper, it would become a hassle for me. So I try to buy the best disposable diaper my pocket book allows!
Bambo Nature is a great diaper for my needs. They are great for the environment, disposable diapers also have some very important key points. Bambo Nature diapers are free of all harsh Chemicals and all known allergens! They list not only what is exactly in the diaper but also energy used, emissions, and waste during raw material production. These diapers are so earth friendly it isn't even funny. These are the only diapers in the world that have a certified eco-label; called the Nordic Swan Eco-label. Besides from cloth diapering and help save the environment one step at a time. This company is the next best thing. Not only are they affordable but completely disposable. So if you don't want to cloth diaper because like me, don't want to take the time, washer and Dryer are just out of reach for easy everyday access. These diapers allow you to have all the benefits and more. Even for the cloth diapers these are great for you to have for those just in case moments or on the go kinda of diaper. This is a company not afraid to hide the energy use nor the amount of every single ingredient in their diapers. To me that sounds like a great company with clean, bright future!
Bambo Nature diapers run a tad bigger then other diapers,so maybe try one size down but it's totally up to you. The diapers also have a higher back,so they are less irritating on baby's skin and to prevent leaks. I know I have used other diapers and given an extra couple centimeters of absorbency, there wouldn't of been a blow out! These diapers also have a wetness indicator on them to give you a head up that kiddo went potty! I love these because as a busy mom I am not always able to notice right away. So If I peek and a see a blurred blue, I know it's time for a change up! With my first daughter I bought pampers sensitive diapers just because I wanted that blue line! If I can remember it only went to size 2. These are on most of all their diapers including the bigger sizes! Bambo Nature diapers are thin but don't let that fool you. They are super absorbent!
My mom on two point of view; Bambo Natures are well worth the money, not only because they are safe for you and the environment but also a great diaper. I have a 6 month old, two year old, and we all know with any kid but especially babies, they always explode and get it all over. I can say I am just about out of both my packs and have not once had anything come out of the diaper. There was some pretty nasty ones too. She has peed within an hour so much that I took the diaper off and thought I forgot to change her. Even when going to wipe, her skin is not irritated and is rather dry. These have stood up to my mom test and love that not only are they safe but saves me money on clothing because she isn't pooping out of them. I have yet to push these diapers to a boundary where they (1) feel wet on the outside (2) have leaked. I have found a new non-guilty love!
The down side! I wish the diapers tabs were just a tad bit more tugable. They do have some give but not a lot. To me the bigger diapers tend to have more give then the smaller size. At first I thought they were hard. They are smooth feeling. while they are aren't actually "hard" I though maybe they would of irritated my baby's butt a tad but I can say they have not left any bit of red anywhere, not even her chubby little thighs. They are so super absorbent that I am still amazed! Those things are so small compared to the benefits and just really how great the diaper is, I can easily over look these.
(they also have training diapers)
Bambo Nature is a great diaper for environmentally friendly people and also people wanting a great diaper. They take pride in how awesome their diapers are and not only the materials used to make them but also the process of doing so. I hope to see these on a "Walmart" shelf one day along with every other popular diaper brand! Bambo Natures is the 1967 Corvette, that Red Convertible Mustang, Bentley, and Mercedes of the diaper world!

I just switched over from disposable to cloth, I'm super bummed about it but I just can't find the time to do the cloth these days.

What I like about these diapers is that they haven't leaked for you!. My son is 5 months old and sometimes goes 3 days without doing a #2, and when he does, oh boy, you bet I have to change his clothes!
ReplyDeleteProbably the biggest thing we do to help the environment is be anal retentive about recycling.
