If Anyone Knows How To?

PLEASE help.

I refuse to keep this layout and design.( I love it and is a great design till I find one I love)  I want to use this software I bought!
I am playing with it constantly! It is getting so frustrating!

If anyone has any ideas on how this program works, Please email me, so you can help!

I bought Artisteer
I bought some Scrap Book Kits
I downloaded Gimp!

Any advice!!

    also download photoscape WAY easier :)
